6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Amazetec.ai, including images, videos, logos, trademarks, text, and data, may legally be used for the intended purpose.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed approvals, unavailable access, or client-requested changes may affect project timelines and costs.
7. Revisions & Scope Changes
The number and type of revisions included in a project will be determined by the applicable proposal, quotation, or agreement.
Requests that materially change the agreed scope may result in additional fees, revised timelines, updated deliverables, or a new quotation.
Amazetec.ai is not required to perform work outside the agreed scope without confirmation.
8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the final deliverables specified in the applicable agreement.
Drafts, unused concepts, source files, working files, templates, and internal materials remain the property of Amazetec.ai unless otherwise agreed.

Unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement or otherwise agreed in writing, Amazetec.ai may display completed work, project outcomes, client names, logos, or publicly available materials in its portfolio, website, case studies, presentations, or promotional materials.

12. No Guarantee of Specific Results
Marketing, advertising, SEO, social media, creative, technology, and digital growth services can be affected by factors outside Amazetec.ai's control.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a separate written agreement, Amazetec.ai does not guarantee specific search rankings, advertising performance, leads, sales, revenue, conversions, website traffic, social media growth, customer acquisition, or other business results.
